Job Title: Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager
Job Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site execution, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil/interior/furniture works
- Interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of site execution experience (interior/construction preferred)
- Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, and materials
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites
Preferred Skills
- Experience in modular furniture/interior projects
- Knowledge of site safety norms
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
