We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team!
Position: HR Executive
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Managing daily interview schedules
- Employee engagement activities
- Maintaining company rules & HR policies
- Coordination with candidates and internal teams
- Handling onboarding and HR operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
