Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Learn to hunt and source niche profiles using AI tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial HR rounds, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Live Projects: Actively participate in ongoing recruitment drives for technical, non-technical, and diversity-focused roles.
- HR Operations: Support the team in documentation, maintaining candidate databases, and mapping talent markets.
- Engagement Initiatives: Help brainstorm and execute virtual or local employee engagement activities.
Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates or postgraduates (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, but open to any graduate with a strong passion for HR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset with an eagerness to learn AI-driven recruitment methodologies and software tools.
- Strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates based in Bhubaneswar or looking for a structured remote role with a highly disciplined work ethic.
