Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the company’s digital presence and drive demand generation across B2B channels. The role focuses on building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales growth through strategic digital initiatives in the construction chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Plan annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps
- Performance Marketing & SEO
- Manage SEO strategy using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation
- Optimize website performance and conversion funnels
- Monitor analytics via Google Analytics
- Content & Branding
- Lead content strategy including blogs, case studies, product pages, and technical content
- Strengthen brand positioning in industrial and construction segments
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for value-driven messaging
- Lead Management & CRM Alignment
- Generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads
- Work closely with sales team for lead conversion tracking
- Align digital campaigns with CRM systems and sales funnel
- Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage company presence on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube
- Build thought leadership in the construction chemicals industry
- Monitor brand reputation and engagement
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates
- Prepare monthly dashboards and performance reports
- Use insights to continuously optimize campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B / manufacturing / industrial sector)
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Understanding of industrial products / construction chemicals market is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
