- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of software engineers. You will be responsible for career growth, providing coaching, and managing performance to build an engineering organization.
- Partner with product management and technical leads to define and execute the technical strategy for Google feedback and user areas.
- Guide the team through complex architectural decisions and ensure high standards for code quality are maintained through effective design and code review processes.
- Ensure your team delivers high-quality software on time. You will set priorities, manage the project execution, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams across Google to address customer needs, influence product direction, and ensure the work of the team has a significant impact.
