as a manager - Billing and purchase, your prime duties and responsibilities are as follows -
- Manage daily billing operations and ensure all customer bills are accurate.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and online payment reconciliation and maintain daily sales records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Manage the purchase of food ingredients, packaging materials and other restaurant supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for prices, quality, timely delivery and payments.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records and avoid shortages or unnecessary wastage.
- Monitor food costs and purchase expenses to help maintain profitability.
- Check the quality and quantity of materials received from suppliers.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant staff regarding daily stock requirements.
Customer Follow-up & Service
- Follow up with customers after orders to obtain feedback about food and service.
- Handle customer complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a database of regular customers for follow-up and promotional activities.
- Encourage satisfied customers to provide positive feedback and reviews.
Marketing & Promotion
- Send promotional messages and special offers to customers through WhatsApp, SMS and other suitable platforms.
- Inform customers about new menu items, discounts, festivals and special offers.
- Help create and implement ideas to increase sales and customer orders.
- Coordinate with the management regarding social media and local promotional activities.
- Encourage genuine customers to rate and review the restaurant on Google and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving the restaurant's Google rating and online reputation.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews and feedback where required.
General Management Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure staff follow proper billing, hygiene and customer-service procedures.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Report operational issues, customer complaints, stock shortages and other concerns to management.
- Assist management with new offers, business development and customer-retention activities.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management for the smooth and profitable operation of the restaurant
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
