Job Summary
We are looking for a Warranty Executive to manage and process all warranty-related activities at our Tata Motors service workshop. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with Tata Motors warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims as per Tata Motors’ guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all warranty transactions.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for claim verification and approvals.
- Communicate with Tata Motors for claim status and approvals.
- Tag, store, and return defective parts as per OEM procedures.
- Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues and support process improvement.
- Assist the Service Manager during warranty audits and documentation reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely claim settlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an automobile workshop (preferred).
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and service operations.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
