Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including fabrication, machining, assembly Mixer machines. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules
- Manage shop floor operations (fabrication, assembly, testing)
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per delivery schedule
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and sales departments
- Monitor production performance and submit daily reports
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework/rejection
- Handle manpower planning, training, and discipline
- Ensure availability of raw materials and components
- Improve productivity and reduce production costs
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of production planning and reporting
Qualification:
Experience:
- 5-10 years in machinery manufacturing

Other Requirements:
- Experience in mixer/heavy machinery preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
