About the Role
OculusIT is seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Content & Multimedia Executive to support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives through engaging content, graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
Working closely with the marketing team and senior leadership, you will transform ideas into compelling digital experiences across webinars, conferences, social media, leadership communications, website content, YouTube, customer success stories, and corporate campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to OculusIT's brand and thought leadership within the higher education community.
Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media posts including blogs, website content and other marketing collateral.

Design creative assets such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, email creatives, and campaign materials.

Edit, and enhance videos for webinars, conferences, leadership messages, customer testimonials, YouTube, social media, and company events using graphics, captions, animations(if/when required).

Develop and publish promotional content across the website, HubSpot CMS, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, leadership, sales, and internal teams to deliver creative assets that are on-brand, engaging, and delivered on schedule.

Stay updated on creative, social media, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement.

Monitor and analyze website, blog, social media, email, and video performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills

Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar creative tools.

Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, website content management, and social media platforms.

Understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media best practices, and basic SEO.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.

5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, multimedia production, video editing, or digital marketing.

A strong portfolio showcasing writing, design, video editing, and digital marketing work.
