About the Role:
We are looking for experienced CRM Managers to manage customer relationship operations, client coordination, follow-ups, reporting, and post-sales communication within our construction and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer relationship management and client coordination
- Manage follow-ups, escalations, and customer communication
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and Project teams
- Maintain CRM systems, reports, and customer databases
- Ensure smooth customer engagement throughout project stages
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good knowledge of CRM processes and reporting systems
- Candidates from Bengaluru or ready to relocate are preferred
