We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow our client portfolio. The role involves handling existing client relationships, identifying and onboarding new clients, driving pre-sales conversations, closing partnerships, and ensuring seamless end-to-end client management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions/services.
Conduct regular follow-ups, review meetings, and account management activities.
Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure high client satisfaction.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct client presentations, pitches, and product/service demonstrations.
Develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
Pre-Sales & Partnership Closures
Understand client pain points and position relevant solutions effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships/deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
Overall Client Management
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful project execution.
Monitor account performance and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client documentation.
Contribute to improving client engagement and retention strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or agency/client servicing environments.
Familiarity with pre-sales processes and partnership management.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
