Client Experience & Sales Coordination
- Handle client interactions across phone and digital channels
- Guide customers on product selection, pricing, and gifting options
- Manage order confirmations, customizations, and upselling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients
- Assist clients with bulk, corporate and gifting orders.
- Understand client requirements including quantity, budget, products, customisation, packaging and delivery timelines.
End-to-End Order Management
- Own the entire order lifecycle from inquiry to final delivery
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution
- Track and manage all active orders, ensuring zero delays or errors
Production & Dispatch Coordination
- Align daily with kitchen/production teams for order planning
- Oversee daily dispatch operations for online and offline orders
- Manage and supervise the dispatch team to ensure accuracy and timelines
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Inventory & Process Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for smooth operations
- Implement and maintain order processing SOPs and systems
- Identify gaps in processes and proactively improve systems
Sales Operations & Accounts Support
- Oversee invoicing, e-way bills, and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and dispatches
- Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or order management (F&B, gifting, or D2C preferred)
- Experience handling end-to-end order cycles and team coordination
- Comfortable with basic accounting processes (invoicing, payments, documentation)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
