IndiaRentalz is a growing IT equipment rental company providing laptops, desktops, MacBooks, servers, printers, projectors, workstations, and other IT assets on rental to individuals, startups, corporates, BPOs, events, and enterprise customers across India.
With increasing lead flow from our website, CRM, IVR, WhatsApp, chatbot, IndiaMART, referrals, and digital campaigns, we are looking for a disciplined and customer-focused executive who can handle first-level customer calling, lead qualification, onboarding calls, and customer review collection.
Job Role
We are hiring a Customer Onboarding & Lead Qualification Executive who will be responsible for making the first call to new leads received in CRM, understanding customer requirements, updating lead details properly, coordinating with the sales team, conducting onboarding calls after order confirmation, and collecting customer feedback and reviews.
This is not a normal telecalling role. The candidate will play an important role in improving lead response time, customer experience, CRM discipline, onboarding quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Qualification
· Make the first call to new leads received in CRM.
· Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, printers, servers, or other IT equipment on rent.
· Collect important details such as quantity, configuration, rental duration, location, customer type, urgency, and purpose of requirement.
· Identify whether the lead is hot, warm, cold, future requirement, duplicate, or not relevant.
· Assign or escalate qualified leads to the sales team for proposal and closure.
· Ensure no lead remains unattended.
CRM Updating
· Update all customer calls, remarks, lead status, and next follow-up dates in CRM.
· Maintain accurate customer details including name, company name, mobile number, email ID, location, requirement, and lead source.
· Create follow-up reminders and ensure proper tracking of leads.
· Maintain daily lead calling and follow-up reports.
Customer Onboarding Calls
· Call customers after order confirmation and explain the IndiaRentalz onboarding process.
· Collect billing details, GST details, delivery address, payment contact, support contact, and escalation contact.
· Explain basic process related to documentation, agreement, invoice cycle, payment, delivery, support, replacement, and return.
· Coordinate with sales, documentation, accounts, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Customer Feedback & Reviews
· Call customers after delivery or service completion to collect feedback.
· Ask customers about delivery experience, product condition, support experience, and overall satisfaction.
· Request happy customers for Google reviews, testimonials, references, and repeat requirements.
· Escalate complaints or negative feedback to the concerned team.
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
· Polite and professional telephone manner.
· Good listening and questioning skills.
· Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
· Ability to update data accurately.
· Follow-up discipline and ownership.
· Customer handling ability.
· Basic understanding of IT products such as laptops, desktops, and printers will be preferred.
· Ability to coordinate with sales, accounts, documentation, operations, and support teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
