Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Trainee to join our team. The QC Trainee will be responsible to ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
· Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions as needed for analysis.
· Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure proper functioning.
· Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
· Assist in investigations of out-of-specification results and deviations.
· Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
· B.Sc. Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
· Experience working in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
· Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
· Experience with method development and validation is a plus.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
