About the Role
A research-first content role. You find what parents can't find anywhere else about Indian schools, turn it into scripts, and own the content strategy across Instagram and YouTube. You work directly with the founder.
What You'll Do
- Research schools across India - board, fees, USPs, the insider details no brochure will tell you
- Write Instagram reel scripts and YouTube long-form scripts (5-7 mins)
- Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram and YouTube
- Track performance weekly and brief the editing team with zero ambiguity
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years in content, research, journalism, or education
- Strong writing and genuine curiosity about Indian schools
- Platform instinct - Instagram and YouTube are not the same
- Self-starter who brings ideas without being asked
