Job Description:
We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to help with candidate calling, basic screening, and interview coordination.
The recruiter will be responsible for calling candidates who have applied for the job, confirming their interest, explaining the job role, checking basic details, and scheduling interviews with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Call candidates and explain the job opening
- Confirm candidate availability and interest
- Do basic screening over the phone
- Schedule interviews with selected candidates
- Follow up with candidates before interview time
- Maintain candidate details in Excel/Google Sheet
- Coordinate with the company regarding interview status
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic HR/recruitment experience preferred
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Able to manage follow-ups professionally
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Can work on a freelance/per-day basis

Payment: Per day or per assignment
Preferred Candidates: HR recruiter, HR executive, recruitment coordinator, or fresher with good communication skills.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
