Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can drive the company's digital marketing initiatives, improve online visibility, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, backlink building, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
The candidate should be smart, analytical, self-driven, and capable of identifying growth opportunities while working closely with management and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and improve the company's SEO performance through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and implement backlink-building strategies through guest posting, directory submissions, partnerships, and content outreach.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers for website, blog, and social media content.
- Manage company profiles across various business directories and industry platforms.
- Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Assist in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
- Research industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, SEO rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience in backlink creation and outreach activities.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with B2B businesses, exhibitions, events, or service-based industries is preferred.
