Admission Counsellor Intern
Job Type : Full-time / In-house

Location : Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
~ Respond to and manage incoming online inquiries related to course offerings.
~ Provide comprehensive information about courses, study programs, and offerings.
~ Assist potential students in making informed decisions about enrolling in courses.
~ Follow up with leads and work on converting them into successful enrollments.
~ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
~ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
~ Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
~ Address any questions or concerns regarding courses and provide solutions promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
~ Ability to work remotely and manage multiple inquiries at the same time.
~ Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
~ Proficient in using online communication tools (email, chat, video calls).
~ Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets.
