We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day online store operations on Shopify. You will be the backbone of our online business , handling
orders, customers, and product listings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Receive, process, and confirm incoming online orders
- Coordinate with warehouse/suppliers for order fulfillment
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds

Product Management
- Add new products with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
- Update existing product listings, stock levels, and variants
- Ensure all listings are complete and presentable
---
Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all communications
---
General Admin
- Create and manage manual orders when required
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on orders and sales
- Coordinate with the Shopify developer for any store issues
---
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ year experience in eCommerce admin, back-office, or customer service
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (order & product management)
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tools ,MS Excel, Google Sheets, email
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
