Hiring: Quality Engineer
Location: Chennai / Sunguvachthiram
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records
- Monitor process quality, inspections, and testing activities
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with production, design, and project teams for quality improvements
- Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis
Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- Hands-on experience in ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA)
- Experience in internal & external audits
- Strong understanding of documentation and compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing / control panel / EPC industry
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma – added advantage)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
