Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, possess strong communication skills, and be motivated to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling and Follow-up:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to prospects.
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update the database of leads and customers.
- Record and track customer interactions for future reference.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated individual with a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and manage customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
