Role description
JD: 5+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience. Strong hands‑on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM‑ITSM integration. Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing. Hands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps). Strong SQL or query skills for backend data validation. Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships
