Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware at board/component level (MB, VGA, PSU, etc.).
- Perform root cause analysis and document technical findings.
- Conduct testing, quality checks, and firmware updates.
- Manage service queues, customer escalations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with HQ/technical team for complex repair cases.
- Maintain RMA records and ensure timely turnaround of units.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/E&C/Computer Hardware.
- 0–2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting preferred (freshers also welcome).
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, SMD components, and measurements.
Skills Required:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and customer handling capability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
