Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to build scalable AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Implement NLP solutions for document processing, information extraction, and conversational AI
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and data platforms
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and development teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards, especially within Insurance and BFSI environments
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
- Understanding of AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Insurance or BFSI domain projects
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with MLOps and production AI systems
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
