Role Overview As a Marketing Executive, you will manage the marketing strategies for a portfolio of globally recognized, top-tier toy brands. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of Brand Governance—ensuring that every creative implementation, whether digital or physical, adheres strictly to international brand guidelines while driving local sales growth. You will lead the synergy between high-level brand standards and on-the-ground execution through hardware design teams and event management.
Key Responsibilities
1.Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
2.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for co-branded promotions and offers
3.Manage digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing)
4.Monitor and analyse customer footfall, sales data, and campaign performance
5.Ensure effective visual merchandising and branding across the store
6.Work closely with store operations to align marketing activities with business goals
7.Conduct local area marketing (LAM) activities such as events, flyers, and tie-ups
8.Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and media vendors
9.Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements
10.Handle customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, aligned with Middle East business hours (e.g., GMT+3 / GST).
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
