Edubex is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us as Course Enrollment Associates. In this role, you will assist prospective learners in exploring suitable online education programs and support them throughout the enrollment process.
What You'll Do
- Interact with prospective learners via phone, email, and virtual communication channels.
- Understand learners' educational and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about available programs, eligibility, and learning pathways.
- Assist learners with the application and enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Update learner interactions and enrollment progress in internal systems.
- Work closely with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and engagement objectives.

- Experience in admissions, customer support, counseling, telecalling, sales, or education services is an added advantage.
