- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement and training activities.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases.
