Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Designer with expertise in furniture design and drafting. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, production drawings, and furniture layouts based on design requirements and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D furniture drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop production drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
- Create shop drawings and technical documentation for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain drawing records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with designers and project teams to deliver quality furniture designs.
Requirements
- Experience in AutoCAD drafting and furniture design.
- Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
