About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Project Manager to join our growing IT company. This is a non-technical role suited for a self-motivated professional who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery across timelines, scope, and quality
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution across the team
- Track progress, flag risks early, and drive mitigation before they escalate
- Lead process digitalization initiatives to boost operational efficiency
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Proven client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with digitalization tools and platforms
- Proficiency in PM tools — Jira or equivalent
Preferred
- IT industry project management experience (strong advantage)
- Familiarity with software development or IT service delivery workflows
- PMP or equivalent certification
