Project Coordinator — Dairy Plant Execution
Role: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of turnkey dairy/milk-products plants — from design review through procurement, installation, and commissioning — keeping vendors, contractors, the client, and internal teams aligned on schedule, cost, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review process drawings (PFDs, P&IDs, GA/isometric) and verify equipment capacities, materials (SS 304/316), and utility schemes.
- Coordinate procurement of process equipment and bought-out items; run techno-commercial comparisons, manage POs, inspections, and delivery.
- Supervise mechanical erection (equipment, sanitary piping, supports) and electrical installation (MCCs, cabling, earthing); resolve civil–mechanical–electrical interfaces.
- Plan and coordinate testing, commissioning, wet/product trials, and performance-guarantee demonstrations.
- Track compliance, payment milestones, deviations, and risks; report to the Project Manager.
Required Technical Knowledge
- Dairy unit operations: reception/chilling, pasteurization, separation, homogenization, storage (silos), packing, fermented products, paneer.
- CIP systems, sanitary piping/valves/pumps/PHEs; utilities (steam, chilled water, compressed air, RO water); MCCs, VFDs, PLC/HMI automation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and datasheets; awareness of EHEDG/3A, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years in dairy/food-plant project execution, including at least one full turnkey plant from design to commissioning.
- Strong coordination, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), techno-commercial, and stakeholder-management skills; willing to be site-based.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
