We are a growing construction company handling residential and commercial projects across Kerala. We are looking for a highly active and responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations. Experienced and Freshers candidates are welcome. Accommodation facility is provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Monitor quality, safety, and material usage
- Prepare daily site progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Plus Two /Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Highly active, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to travel and work anywhere in Kerala
- Freshers: Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Experienced: Prior site supervision experience in residential/commercial works
