Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at a growing Website Development & Graphic Design Company.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our website development and graphic design services, following up with leads, and maintaining good communication with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce and explain our website development and graphic design services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
- Generate and maintain leads.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding interested leads.
Requirements
- Candidates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Bengali.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Candidates from Sodepur and nearby areas will be preferred.
