e are looking for a creative, fast-moving Content Creator & Video Editor to own our social media presence (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok/Facebook). You will take raw footage, edit it into high-engaging videos, and use cutting-edge AI tools to scale our content output and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Video Editing: Edit post-shoot raw footage into highly engaging, fast-paced short-form vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) and occasional long-form videos.
- Visual Styling: Add dynamic captions, sound effects (SFX), b-roll, transitions, and color grading to optimize for maximum viewer retention.
- AI-Powered Workflows: Use AI tools to script ideas, generate voices/music, create assets, and auto-repurpose long videos into viral short clips (using tools like OpusClip, Munch, or similar).
- Content Ideation & Scripting: Research viral trends, analyze competitors, and collaborate on hooks, angles, and concepts that capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Platform Management: Write compelling copy/captions, select relevant keywords/hashtags, and schedule posts across platform dashboards.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a video editor or content creator (Must share a portfolio link or portfolio reel).
- Mastery of mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Hands-on knowledge of AI Content Tools: Experience using AI for scripting (ChatGPT/Claude), image generation (Midjourney/Canva AI), voice/audio text-to-speech, or automated video resizing.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, thumbnail design, and what makes a video go viral.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹13,238.09 - ₹17,000.00 per month
