We are seeking a Google Search Ads Expert to plan, manage, and optimize Search advertising campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions. This role is open to freshers with strong fundamentals and candidates with 6 months or more hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and write high-performing ad copies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids and budgets.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze search term reports and manage negative keywords.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresher with strong knowledge of Google Search Ads OR 6+ months experience in Search Ads management.
- Understanding of match types, bidding strategies, and Quality Score.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
