Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven LinkedIn Growth Expert / Executive to build and scale the personal brands of C-suite executives and founders while generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies, content marketing, social selling, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Personal Branding
- Develop and execute premium personal branding strategies for founders and senior executives.
- Position leadership profiles as industry authorities through strategic content and audience engagement.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles to maximize visibility, credibility, and lead generation.
Content Creation
- Write engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, newsletters, and long-form articles.
- Create authentic, high-impact thought leadership content aligned with business goals.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
Lead Generation & Social Selling
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outbound outreach campaigns.
- Build and manage connection strategies and follow-up sequences.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn networking and engagement.
- Support inbound lead nurturing through content and relationship-building.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor profile growth, engagement, impressions, SSI score, and lead conversion metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn growth for personal brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm, Social Selling Index (SSI), and content distribution strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet growth targets.
