Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS Financials modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financial applications, collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.
Configure and implement Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle EBS best practices and process improvements.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare functional documents including BR100, MD050, and process flows.
Configure and validate setups such as Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, Legal Entities, and Operating Units.
Manage and configure financial setups including SLA, workflows, and approvals.
Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects.
Analyze and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
8–12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle EBS Finance Functional role.
Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, EBTax/SLA.
Hands-on experience in EBS implementation, rollout, or support projects.
Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C cycles.
Experience in requirement gathering, mapping, and solution design.
Experience in CRP, SIT, UAT, reconciliation, and go-live support.
Knowledge of integration with external systems and banking systems.
Strong knowledge of RICEFW and collaboration with technical teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills are important.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle EBS Financials Certification.
Experience in full-cycle EBS implementations.
Exposure multi-org and multi-currency setups.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CA, CMA, CPA, and MBA Finance is an added advantage.
