Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Handle visitor records and maintain front desk registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and correspondence.
- Assist with administrative and office management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
