Position : Outbound Calling Intern
Location : Pune
Key Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products/services ? Generate and qualify leads through conversations and follow-ups ? Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and client interactions ? Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM systems ? Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships ? Support in achieving weekly/monthly targets ? Prepare daily/weekly reports on calling and lead activities ? Collaborate with the team to execute sales campaigns
???? Required Skills & Qualifications ? Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream) ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Good interpersonal and listening skills ? Comfortable speaking with new people over calls ? Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) ? Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
? Preferred Skills ? Prior experience/internship in sales, telecalling, or customer support ? Basic understanding of lead generation or sales process ? Confidence in handling objections and conversations ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
