Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a premier autism therapy center based in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We provide ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 18 years in a child-centered, family-focused environment.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist – ABA Documentation & Compliance Reviewer to join our growing team. This role focuses on clinical documentation review, compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and coordination with clinical teams to ensure accurate and effective service delivery.
Role Summary
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ABA standards, identifying gaps in records, and supporting clinical teams in maintaining high-quality documentation and reporting systems.
This is a detail-oriented, system-driven role ideal for professionals who enjoy structure, accuracy, and behind-the-scenes clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities (Night Shift)
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors and coordinate with clinical staff for corrections
- Support accurate billing by resolving documentation-related issues in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly reports and performance insights for leadership
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams and administrative departments
- Monitor documentation trends and highlight recurring issues
- Support process improvements and training initiatives
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality and compliance standards across centers

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology required; Master’s preferred

Work Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: On-site (In-office) Night Shift
- Location: Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab, India
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Night Shift / EST Support)
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week

- This is strictly an in-office role (no remote work available)
- No cab or meal facilities are provided
- Candidates must arrange their own transportation
- Night shift (US hours) is mandatory
