Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that enhance organic visibility, improve search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic. This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand authority and generating organic leads across all digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) aligned with business goals
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Define quarterly SEO roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics
2. On-Page & Content Optimization
- Optimize website elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and schema markup
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-focused briefs and guidelines
- Ensure consistent publishing of SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, course pages, etc.)
3. Technical SEO
- Perform regular site audits covering crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and security
- Work with development teams to resolve technical issues and maintain site health
- Implement best practices for structured data, canonical tags, and site architecture
4. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Execute ethical link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks
- Improve brand visibility across listings, forums, and media platforms
- Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, and NAP consistency
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
- Track key metrics: rankings, impressions, clicks, traffic, conversions, and CTR
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, admissions, and IT teams
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns, website updates, and new projects
7. Compliance & Best Practices
- Follow white-hat SEO techniques and industry standards
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and trends
- Continuously optimize strategies while maintaining compliance and brand integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (education or service sector preferred)
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency in tools like GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

- Ensure optimization across all key on-page elements

- Ensure optimal site performance, crawlability, and indexing
- Resolve technical errors (404s, duplicates, redirects, etc.)

5. Content & SEO Alignment
- Deliver SEO-driven content strategies
- Ensure consistent publishing of optimized content
6. Backlink & Authority Growth
- Build high-quality backlinks from relevant sources
- Improve domain authority over time
7. Local SEO
- Optimize and maintain business listings
- Increase engagement metrics such as calls and direction requests
8. Reporting & Compliance
- Provide regular performance dashboards and reports
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical SEO practices
9. Cross-Team Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement SEO initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of recommendations
10. Lead Generation Impact
- Track and improve organic lead generation performance
- Increase contribution of SEO to overall lead pipeline
