Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the India country strategy.
- Drive organizational growth and sustainability.
- Lead annual planning and organizational performance reviews.
Program Oversight
- Provide oversight of all humanitarians, education, livelihood, disaster relief, and development programs.
- Ensure program quality, impact, and donor compliance.
Fundraising & Partnerships
- Lead donor engagement and resource mobilization.
- Develop strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporates, foundations, and international organizations.
Financial & Compliance Management
- Ensure sound financial management and budget oversight.
- Maintain compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, CSR regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop senior management teams.
- Build a high-performance and values-driven organizational culture.
External Representation
· Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization in India.
· Represent the organization at national and international forums.
Qualification
· Master’s degree in management, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, International Development, or related field.
· MBA preferred.
Experience
· 15+ years of leadership experience in NGOs, humanitarian organizations, development sector, or social impact organizations.
· Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-state or national operations.
· Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, strategic planning, and organizational management.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
