We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst to oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination across various teams. This role requires hands-on involvement in the management of operational tasks, supporting team activities, and coordinating sales and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes and responsiveness to team needs.
- Support and coordinate with the sales team, managing essential data, resources, and follow-up actions.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, tracking inventory, and coordinating vendor communications.
- Assist with basic accounting duties, such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and improve operational workflows, helping to set up efficient systems for task management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and manage operational priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in hands-on operations management, with the ability to multitask across different areas.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and an ability to manage various administrative and financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with basic sales support functions, CRM tools, and/or accounting software is a plus.

- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Experience in supporting sales and managing customer follow-up.
