A Sales Executive in a Mahindra & Mahindra showroom is responsible for driving vehicle sales while ensuring a strong customer experience. Here’s what the role typically involves:
Core Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs (budget, usage, preferences).
- Explain different vehicle models, features, variants, and pricing.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships.
2. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on all Mahindra vehicles (SUVs, commercial vehicles, EVs).
- Clearly explain specifications, mileage, safety features, and competitors’ comparison.
3. Sales Process
- Generate leads (walk-ins, referrals, calls, online inquiries).
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
4. Documentation & Finance
- Assist customers with booking, paperwork, and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks/finance companies for loan approvals.
- Help with insurance and registration processes.
5. Targets & Reporting
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Report daily activities to the sales manager.
6. After-Sales Support
- Ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
- Maintain contact for feedback and future referrals.
- Handle basic customer queries post-sale.
7. Showroom Management
- Keep display vehicles clean and presentable.
- Ensure brochures and promotional materials are available.
Pay: ₹12,814.20 - ₹24,800.26 per month
