Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Floor Sales: Greet walk-in, understand their styling preferences, and recommend clothing variants to maximize transaction value.
- Target Achievement: Actively work as an individual driver to achieve monthly personal sales volumes and retail conversion targets.
- Stock & Floor Maintenance: Organize apparel racks by size, age group, and category (infants, toddlers, kids); ensure the showroom floor is clean, presentable, and well-replenished.
- Billing & POS Handling: Efficiently operate billing systems or retail POS software to check out items and print bills securely.
- Customer Care: Handle kids' clothing exchanges, offer proper care advice , and record customer phone numbers for the store's loyalty program.
- Feedback Reporting: Share consumer responses regarding design preferences, size availability, directly with the Store Manager.
Compensation & Job Overview
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 fixed per month + incentives.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Role Type: Individual Contributor (No direct team reporting).
- Job Location: Chrompet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in retail showroom sales or counter sales, ideally in kids' apparel.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil to effectively converse with the local clientele,and have a conversational understanding of English.
- Traits: Enthusiastic, highly patient around active children, and possess excellent negotiation/persuasion abilities.
- Education: 12th Pass or any Graduate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
