Resident Medical Officer (RMO)Location: Kaushal Hospital, Kharar
Job Summary
Kaushal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide quality medical care in the OPD, ICU, wards, and emergency/critical care services. The RMO will work closely with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and continuous patient monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients in OPD, wards, ICU, and emergency.
- Perform detailed history taking, physical examination, and clinical documentation.
- Stabilize emergency and critically ill patients until consultant review.
- Monitor ICU and ward patients, identify clinical deterioration, and initiate appropriate management.
- Carry out admission, discharge, and referral procedures.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols and consultant guidance.
- Perform emergency procedures such as IV cannulation, Foley catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion, ABG sampling, ECG interpretation, CPR, airway management, and basic life support.
- Coordinate with consultants for patient management and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, discharge summaries, and death summaries.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and code blue situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education activities.

Duty Schedule
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Weekly off as per hospital policy
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
Salary
- Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
