Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance & Data Analyst to join our Non-Clinical division and work closely with one of our clients, supporting their portfolio of target companies.
The role will combine financial analysis, business intelligence and data analytics, with a strong focus on turning data into actionable insights. The individual will work closely with one of our clients engaged in M&A advisory, supporting financial analysis, performance assessment and decision-making across their portfolio of target companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills who wants to build deeper expertise in business analytics and work closely with US-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Business Analysis
Analyse revenue, margins, costs, collections and other key business metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.
Analyse trends, variances and key drivers of business performance.
Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to management.
2. MIS & Reporting
Build and maintain recurring MIS and management dashboards.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Track KPIs and develop meaningful performance metrics for clients.
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
3. Data Analytics
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and business opportunities.
Develop automated reports and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.
Work with business teams to translate data into meaningful insights.
Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes.
4. Client / Portfolio Company Support
Work closely with the finance and leadership teams of our client companies.
Support clients with financial analysis, reporting and business performance reviews.
Understand the underlying business drivers rather than simply reporting numbers.
Assist in preparing materials for management and leadership reviews.
5. Process & Finance Transformation
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality and finance processes.
Support automation of recurring reporting and analysis.
Help establish standardised reporting frameworks across clients.
Work with internal teams to improve data availability and accuracy.
6. US Client Support
Work with US-based clients and stakeholders as required.
Be available for some overlap with US working hours for client meetings and discussions.
Develop an understanding of US business and financial reporting practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, FP&A, MIS or a similar role.
ACCA qualified preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI, SQL or other analytics tools would be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with US-based clients is an advantage.
Experience in healthcare, RCM, BPM or SaaS is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
