Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
You'll own the platforms and workflows that turn a closed deal into an active, correctly configured customer account. That means end-to-end responsibility across the quoting-to-provisioning chain, from how quotes are structured and validated through order processing and fulfillment. A core part of this role is improving the upstream quoting experience so that orders arrive clean, complete, and ready to fulfill. You'll work across CPQ experiences to reduce that surface area systematically, while bringing AI into order and provisioning workflows to reduce manual interventions. This role is right for someone who thrives on making messy systems cleaner and wants ownership of something that directly affects every Docusign customer from the moment they sign.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Applications Product Management - Commerce.
Own the product vision and roadmap for order management, fulfillment, and provisioning platforms
Drive improvements to quoting workflows—product configuration, pricing rules, contract structuring—that reduce downstream order errors and provisioning failures
Define how orders are processed, validated, and fulfilled across direct, partner, and self-service channels
Partner with CPQ, Product&Technology and billing teams to ensure quote-to-order handoffs are clean, well-validated, and operationally resilient at scale
Drive automation of provisioning workflows—reducing manual touchpoints, accelerating time-to-value, and handling edge cases (amendments, upgrades, cancellations, reinstatements) reliably at scale
Lead the integration of AI capabilities into quoting, order, and provisioning workflows—automating validation, anomaly detection, and fulfillment decisions where
appropriate
Own entitlement and seat management logic, ensuring accurate grant, modification, and revocation of product access across the account lifecycle
Partner with Engineering to define system contracts between quoting, ordering, billing, and provisioning platforms, reducing inter-system inconsistency and failure modes
Drive observability for order and provisioning platforms: dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, fulfillment SLAs, and QBR scorecards
Diagnose and resolve complex fulfillment issues while architecting process improvements that eliminate recurring operational toil for support and operations teams
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success, clearly connecting platform reliability to customer and business outcomes
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Glean, Copilot) to prototype, document, and optimize team workflows
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms and quoting configuration—pricing rules, product bundles, contract terms—and the ability to identify and drive improvements that reduce order errors at the source
Direct experience working with Oracle and Zuora as a subscription management and billing system, including understanding how subscription records, amendments, and renewals are managed with upstream ordering and downstream provisioning systems
Experience managing entitlement and provisioning logic for multi-product, multi-channel SaaS environments—including bundles, amendments, upgrades, and partner-sourced orders
Demonstrated experience defining and implementing observability practices for operational platforms—dashboards, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, and fulfillment SLA tracking
Proven track record building internal tooling and workflows that reduce manual intervention for operations, support, or finance teams
