Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has experience generating leads, increasing sales, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct audience research and build targeted customer segments.
Create campaign structures for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API (where applicable).
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience in Meta advertising.
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic landing page optimization.
Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
