Job Purpose
To provide end-to-end sales coordination and after-sales support for the Pan-India field sales team by ensuring seamless order execution, customer communication, timely dispatches, and effective coordination with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Executives across India.
· Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, sales orders, and other commercial documents.
· Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Logistics for timely dispatch.
· Track order status and proactively update customers and the sales team.
· Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in coordination with Technical Service.
· Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and required technical documentation (SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, etc.).
· Maintain customer master data, quotation records, order trackers, and sales documentation.
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS, pending order reports, dispatch reports, and sales dashboards.
· Support tender submissions, corporate account documentation, and new product launches.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing approvals, and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline.
· 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in the Specialty Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Manufacturing industry.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

· Timely quotation preparation and sales order processing.

· Customer query resolution within defined timelines.
· Reduction in overdue receivables and improvement in collection efficiency.
· Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) performance.
· Accuracy of customer ledgers and sales documentation.
· Timely preparation of Sales MIS, ageing reports, and collection dashboards.
· Customer satisfaction and effective coordination with Pan-India sales teams.
· Compliance with credit policies, documentation, and internal processes.
