Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company: Gau Amruttam Location: Field Work Salary: 12,000 - 18,000 per month (Based on Experience, Skills, and Interview Performance) Job Summary Gau Amruttam is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our products and increase brand awareness in local areas. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, and regular follow-ups. Roles & Responsibilities ● Conduct offline marketing and promotional activities in assigned areas. ● Visit residential and commercial areas for door-to-door brand awareness and product promotion. ● Generate new customer leads through field activities and local networking. ● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. ● Collect, update, and manage customer and lead data accurately. ● Schedule and attend B2B meetings with potential business clients and management. ● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners. ● Submit daily activity and lead reports to the reporting manager. ● Maintain relationship with existing customers and retain existing customers. Required Skills ● Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. ● Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. ● Ability to nurture and build relationships with potential customers. ● Strong follow-up and persuasion skills. ● Basic understanding of sales and lead generation activities.● Ability to work independently and travel within local areas. ● Basic knowledge of maintaining customer and lead data. Qualification ● Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory). ● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. ● Prior experience in field sales, marketing, lead generation, or customer handling will be an added advantage.
